External Affairs Minister Dr. S. Jaishankar has said emerging and middle powers have a substantial agenda for cooperation as the global geopolitical and economic landscape continues to change.
Speaking at the 62nd Munich Security Conference in New Delhi, Jaishankar identified international peace and security, supply-chain resilience and connectivity as important areas for cooperation. He said emerging and middle powers from the Global South and Global North share an interest in becoming more relevant in international affairs.

He also cited BRICS as an example of countries working together to strengthen their collective voice.
