Two Jammu & Kashmir Police personnel were found dead under suspicious circumstances inside a car in the Sana area of Batote tehsil in Ramban district on Tuesday evening, officials said.
The deceased were identified as Head Constable Farid Ahmed, a resident of Bhatti, Ramban, and Selection Grade Constable Muhammad Yaqoob, a resident of Jatgali, Ramban. Both were posted at the District Police Lines, Ramban, according to officials.
