The Directorate of Revenue Intelligence (DRI) has conducted six major operations across India over the last 10 days as part of a crackdown on illegal wildlife trade.
According to the Ministry of Finance, the operations resulted in the seizure of a range of protected wildlife and animal products, including two leopard skins, 180 live Indian Star Tortoises, 12 live Tokay Geckos, around 24 kilograms of Pangolin scales and approximately 500 grams of Tiger bones.
