Editorial Analysis
Why This Matters
Industrial corridors can help improve India's manufacturing ecosystem by bringing infrastructure, connectivity and investment opportunities together. Keeping industrial land and supporting infrastructure ready ahead of demand could also help reduce delays for investors and enable faster operationalisation of new industrial projects. For India, faster development of such infrastructure is closely linked with efforts to attract investment, strengthen manufacturing capacity, improve logistics and generate employment opportunities.
